As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various application components to understand their structure and functionality. - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and resolve complex technical challenges within projects.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to promote continuous learning.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Skilled & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PeopleSoft Administration.
- Experience in managing and configuring PeopleSoft environments to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Strong understanding of system integration and troubleshooting within PeopleSoft applications.
- Ability to perform application maintenance, including patching, upgrades, and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with database management and scripting related to PeopleSoft modules.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in PeopleSoft Administration.

- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
