This program is designed for candidates who want to develop practical technology skills, work on projects, gain industry exposure and potentially progress toward a paid onsite internship and full time employment prospect (PPO) based on performance.

3-PHASE CAREER PATHWAYPhase 1 – Foundation & Learning

Duration: 3 Months
Mode: Remote / As per Program Requirement
Stipend: No stipend / payment

The first 3 months focus on learning, skill development and practical exposure.

Candidates may work on:

- Technical learning and training
- Practical assignments
- Projects
- Technical assessments
- Problem-solving tasks
- Research and self-learning

- Regular performance evaluations

Important: Phase 1 is a non-stipend Foundation & Learning Phase. Candidates should apply only if they are comfortable with this structure.

Phase 2 – Paid Onsite Internship

Duration: Next 3 Months
Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Mode: Onsite
Status: Paid Internship

Candidates who successfully qualify through Phase 1 may be selected for the next stage based on performance.

During Phase 2, candidates will:

- Work from the Pune office
- Work on practical / organizational projects
- Receive industry exposure
- Work with mentors and experienced team members
- Take responsibility for assigned deliverables




- Receive a monthly internship stipend applicable to the selected role

Phase 2 selection is performance-based and is not automatic.

Phase 3 – PPO / Full-Time Opportunity

Candidates demonstrating strong performance throughout the program may be considered for a:

Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) / Full-Time Employment Opportunity

Final selection will be based on:

Candidates should be willing to work onsite in Pune if selected for Phase 2 and/or Phase 3.

Important Terms & Conditions

- Phase 1 is a 3-month Foundation & Learning Phase without stipend/payment.
- Selection for Phase 2 is based on performance and organizational requirements.
- Phase 2 is a paid onsite internship in Pune.
- The applicable Phase 2 stipend will depend on the selected role and will be communicated separately.
- Completion of Phase 1 does not guarantee Phase 2 selection.
- Completion of Phase 2 does not guarantee a PPO.
- PPO / Full-Time Employment is subject to performance, final evaluation and business requirements.
- Candidates must maintain satisfactory attendance, discipline, conduct and performance.
- The Company may discontinue a candidate from the program in case of consistently unsatisfactory performance, misconduct, non-compliance or failure to meet program requirements.
- Candidates must provide accurate information regarding their qualifications, skills and experience.
- Candidates must be comfortable with the complete 3-phase structure before applying.
