Key Responsibilities

- Type and format radiology reports dictated by radiologists accurately and promptly.
- Transcribe reports for X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, mammography, and other radiology investigations.
- Check reports for spelling, grammar, formatting, and completeness without changing medical terminology or clinical meaning.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and medical records.
- Enter and update patient/report details in the hospital information system or Radiology Information System (RIS).
- Coordinate with radiologists and other hospital departments regarding pending or corrected reports.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of radiology reports.
- Handle corrections and amendments to reports as instructed by the radiologist.
- Ensure reports are released to the appropriate department/patient according to hospital procedures.
- Perform other clerical and administrative duties assigned by the Radiology Department.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
