Key Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and network infrastructure.
- Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
- Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity and performance issues.
- Identify and troubleshoot network outages, hardware failures, and configuration issues.
- Implement network security measures and access controls.
- Maintain network documentation, configurations, and technical reports.
- Coordinate with IT teams and vendors for network-related issues.
- Perform regular network maintenance, upgrades, and backups.

Required Skills:

- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN, LAN/WAN.
- Knowledge of Cisco/Juniper routers and switches.
- Basic understanding of firewalls and network security.
- Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid communication and teamwork abilities.
