About the RoleWe are looking for a talented and detail-oriented3D Visualiserto join our Workplace Interiors team. The role involves transforming architectural and interior design concepts into high-quality 3D visualisations, renders, walkthroughs, and presentation visuals.The ideal candidate has a strong understanding ofcorporate workplace interiors, spatial design, materials, lighting, furniture, and composition, along with the ability to interpret design drawings and develop visually compelling environments.You will work closely withDesigners, Architects, Project Architects, and the Design Headto bring design concepts to life and support client presentations, design development, and project communication.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop high-quality3D models and photorealistic rendersfor workplace interior projects.Translate 2D plans, elevations, sketches, mood boards, and design concepts into accurate 3D environments.Create visualisations forreception areas, workstations, meeting rooms, cabins, collaboration spaces, cafeterias, breakout areas, lounges, and other workplace environments .Develop appropriatematerials, textures, lighting, furniture, accessories, and landscaping elementsto achieve the intended design character.Produce interior perspectives, exterior views, aerial views, detail views, and other visuals required for client presentations.Create3D walkthroughs, animations, or immersive visual contentwhen required.Collaborate with the design team to understand design intent and translate it accurately into visual output.Maintain accuracy inscale, proportions, furniture layouts, finishes,



materials, lighting, and architectural details .Prepare multiple design options and visual iterations based on design development and client feedback.Work efficiently within project timelines and manage multiple visualisation requirements across projects.Coordinate with architects and designers to identify and resolve discrepancies between drawings and 3D models.Maintain and develop a library of3D furniture, materials, lighting fixtures, accessories, and workplace elements .Stay updated with current workplace design trends, materials, furniture systems, rendering techniques, and visualisation technologies.Ensure all final outputs meet the firm's standards forquality, realism, composition, and presentation .Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong understanding ofinterior architecture and workplace design .Excellent spatial understanding and a strong eye forproportion, scale, composition, materials, and detailing .Ability to interpret architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections,



and design concepts.Robust understanding ofinterior lighting and realistic material representation .Ability to create visually sophisticated and presentation-ready images.Good design sensibility with attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively with architects and designers and incorporate feedback effectively.Strong time-management and ability to work within tight project deadlines.Good communication and coordination skills.Software ProficiencyStrong proficiency in relevant 3D visualisation and design software such as:3ds Max, SketchUp, Corona, V-Ray, Enscape, Adobe PhotoshopKnowledge ofRevit, AutoCAD,will be an added advantage.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's/Diploma inArchitecture, Interior Design, 3D Visualisation, or a related field .4–6 years of relevant experiencein architectural/interior visualisation, preferably within workplace or commercial interiors.Experience working oncorporate office interiors, commercial interiors, hospitality, or large-scale interior projectsis preferred.Strong portfolio demonstrating high-qualityinterior visualisation and rendering workis essential.What We’re Looking ForAcreative visual thinkerwho can understand design intent and communicate it through imagery.Someone with a strong eye forrealism, detail, materials, lighting, and composition .A proactive team player who can work closely with the design team.Someone who can balancecreative quality with speed, accuracy, and project deadlines .An individual who is curious about new visualisation technologies, workflows, andAI-assisted visualisation tools .Someone who takes ownership of their work and consistently strives to improve the quality of visual output.
