About the Company

A leading European manufacturer is establishing its India operations-analytics team and has partnered with Flexiple to hire an Operations Analyst. You will analyse plant, inventory, and supply-chain data that plant and operations managers use to run a global manufacturing footprint. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As an Operations Analyst, you will collect and analyse production, inventory, and supply-chain data, surfacing the trends that keep manufacturing operations efficient.

Key Responsibilities

Production & Supply-Chain Analysis

- Track production output, downtime, and OEE metrics across plants
- Analyse inventory levels, lead times, and supplier performance data
- Identify cost and efficiency variances and flag them to operations managers

Reporting & Documentation

- Build dashboards and recurring reports for plant and regional leadership




- Maintain SOP documentation and process trackers
- Support root-cause analysis for recurring operational issues

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 2 to 6 years in an operations, manufacturing, or supply-chain analyst role
- Robust Excel or Google Sheets skills and comfort with production data
- A structured, numbers-first approach to problem-solving
- Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

- Exposure to manufacturing, plant, or supply-chain data
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP or similar) and Power BI
- Experience with Lean or Six Sigma reporting methods
