- Own the end-to-end P&L; for the region, focusing on optimal resource allocation, profitability, and operational efficiency within a lean organizational structure.
Delivery Excellence & Ecosystem Integration
- Direct large, complex global transformation programs, ensuring seamless integrations with major ERP ecosystems.
- Drive a Time-to-Value (TTV) mindset, accelerating customer Go-Lives and ROI through disciplined project management.
- Enforce rigorous PMO governance across a tiered team of Directors, Consultants, and Project Managers to ensure consistent quality.
Innovation & Agentic AI Transition
- Champion the transition from traditional SaaS implementation to Agentic AI / AI-first delivery models.
- Leverage automation and AI-driven accelerators to modernize delivery toolkits, improving implementation speed and adoption.
Cross-Functional Growth & Sales Alignment
- Partner closely with Sales to manage the Sales-to-Services hand-off, ensuring SOW integrity, margin protection, and delivery feasibility.
- Provide strategic delivery insights during pre-sales and deal shaping for high-value regional pursuits.
