Ambassador of Change (Field Outreach Executive)

We are looking for an energetic, confident, and result-oriented Ambassador of Change (Field Outreach Executive) who can represent GETI in the field, build strong relationships with schools, and contribute to expanding our educational initiatives across different regions.

Key Responsibilities

1. School & Institutional Outreach

Visit schools and educational institutions to introduce GETI's programs and initiatives.

Meet Principals, School Heads, Management, Coordinators, and other key decision-makers.

Identify and develop new school partnerships and outreach opportunities.

Maintain regular communication and follow-up with prospective and existing institutions.

2. Sales & Business Development

Generate leads and convert them into meaningful institutional partnerships.

Promote GETI's educational programs, training initiatives, and solutions.

Achieve assigned outreach, meeting, and business-development targets.

Follow up with schools to move opportunities towards closure.

3. Relationship Management

Build and maintain professional relationships with school leaders and stakeholders.

Understand institutional requirements and coordinate with the internal team to provide appropriate solutions.





Support successful implementation and continuation of programs.

4. Field Visits & Travel

Undertake regular field visits to schools and institutions within the assigned territory.

Travel across the assigned city/region as required.

Represent GETI professionally during meetings, events, workshops, and school engagements.

5. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain daily records of school visits, meetings, leads, follow-ups, and outcomes.

Submit daily/weekly field reports to the reporting manager.

Update lead and follow-up status regularly.

Ensure timely sharing of relevant information with the internal team.

Eligibility & Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline; candidates with relevant professional qualifications will be preferred.

1–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Field Sales, Institutional Sales, EdTech, or Education Outreach preferred.

Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to work in the field may also be considered.

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.

Comfortable with extensive field travel.

Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and digital reporting tools.

The selected candidate will be expected to:

Generate and develop qualified leads.

Conduct regular school visits and meetings.

Achieve assigned outreach and business-development targets.

Maintain accurate and timely daily reporting.

Contribute actively towards GETI's expansion and educational transformation initiatives.

Compensation

₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and suitability for the role.

Location

PAN India – Major cities including Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Lucknow, Kanpur, Noida, Ghaziabad, Chandigarh, Dehradun, Patna, Ranchi, Bhopal, Indore, Nagpur, Bhubaneswar, Kochi, Guwahati, Siliguri, and other major cities.
