- Handle and coordinate API integrations within the Saiba software, including coordination with insurance companies and software vendors.
- Follow up on integration-related issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare and maintain basic dashboards, MIS reports, and management reports as required.
- Conduct basic competitor and industry research and identify useful ideas, tools, or processes that can be adopted by the organisation.
- Assist with day-to-day IT, software, and technology-related requirements of the office.
- Coordinate with internal teams for social media activities, ensuring that reels, posts, creatives, and other content are prepared and uploaded on time.
- Explore and recommend straightforward technology, automation, and AI tools that can improve productivity and streamline routine work.
