Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and manage multiple programs and initiatives across channels in alignment with business strategy.
- Leverage data and analytics to assess performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvements.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reports to monitor program health and communicate updates to management.
- Identify risks proactively and implement mitigation plans to ensure on-time and effective execution of programs.
- Optimize resource allocation, process flows, and timelines to improve program delivery efficiency.
- Design and deploy contests, campaigns, and rewards & recognition (R&R;) incentive schemes for various teams.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams — Credit, Risk, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, and Operations — on both strategic and operational fronts.
- Execute projects aimed at customer experience enhancement, process improvement, and vendor empanelment.
- Monitor team performance, ensuring alignment with targets and organizational objectives.
