Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive pre-approved offer strategies across lending portfolios.
- Analyze customer base using internal and bureau data to identify high-potential segments.
- Collaborate with Risk, Product, and Analytics teams to define credit policy, eligibility, and offer criteria.
- Drive end-to-end campaign planning and execution in coordination with Marketing and Digital teams.
- Monitor campaign performance including approval rates, activation, profitability, and delinquencies.
- Partner with Tech and Digital teams to automate journey for offer visibility and seamless fulfillment.
- Ensure strict compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal communication policies.
- Continuously refine targeting logic and engagement tactics using data-driven insights.
