Manager - Solar Project Business

KSB Pumps Limited is seeking a proactive Manager to drive our solar pump project business from State Governments and Local Bodies. This role is ideal for a skilled adept at identifying market potential, generating leads, and meticulously managing project execution from tender to final payment release.

Responsibilities:

- Seek Solar pump market potential, generate leads & enquiries from the allotted Territory or State of Maharashtra / Gujarat to achieve allocated/assigned targets in the Solar Segment.
- For Project-based supplies, map/mark selections to installers & later installers to farmers, coordinating with installers and sending details to Projects coordination in required excel formats. Make data ready for booking and compile data to monitor the Projects.
- Ensure Joint Site Report (JSR) is cleared by installers after work order; ensure all farmer details submission is done for booking. Ensure inspections & Bill submissions are done by following Installation Partners (IPs) after installations in coordination with the Commercial Management (CM) team,



as payment advice moves through various stages – circle level to Head Office of nodal agencies & get final payments released from departments for both JCR and Revenue Management System (RMS) bill submissions.
- Visit MEDA and MSEDCL, other agencies, and bidders to create and maintain long-term business relationships to ensure healthy business.
- Identify potential dealers who can contribute to solar pump sales and solar projects business supply prospects.
- Ensure payments are collected in all business models from departments or end customers.
