Pump Testing Engineer

KSB Pumps Limited is seeking a meticulous Pump Testing Engineer to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and performance of our pumps by conducting comprehensive hydraulic and mechanical tests, preparing detailed reports, and maintaining high standards of inspection and housekeeping.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct pump performance testing (hydraulic & mechanical).
- Offer pump performance to Customer and TPI (Third-Party Inspector) as per approved QCP (Quality Control Plan), Test procedures & reference documents.
- Prepare test reports and offer them to TPI/customer for review.
- Maintain 5S / housekeeping activities at the test bed.
- Review & study Pump QCP, testing procedures & data sheet.




- Perform stage & final inspection of pump/parts & spare verification.

Skills:

- Proficiency in conducting hydraulic and mechanical pump performance testing.
- Ability to interpret and apply QCPs, test procedures, and reference documents.
- Robust report writing skills for test results.
- Adherence to 5S principles and good housekeeping practices.
- Meticulous attention to detail for stage, final inspection, and spare verification.
