We are seeking a highly skilled SAP BRIM CM Consultant to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management, with a focus on Convergent Mediation. You will work closely with clients to deliver cutting-edge solutions that optimize their billing processes and enhance revenue management capabilities.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements related to SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) and Convergent Mediation (CM).
- Design and implement SAP BRIM solutions to meet client needs, ensuring alignment with best practices.
- Conduct system configuration and customization in SAP BRIM modules, focusing on Convergent Charging and Convergent Invoicing.
- Support testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring effective utilization of the SAP BRIM system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP BRIM functionalities,



maintaining system integrity and performance.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP BRIM developments and enhancements to provide informed recommendations.

Skills and Qualifications

- 7-17 years of experience in SAP BRIM, specifically in Convergent Mediation and Convergent Charging.
- Strong understanding of billing processes, revenue management, and telecommunications industry standards.
- Proficiency in SAP BRIM modules including Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI), and SAP Subscription Billing.
- Experience with integration of SAP BRIM with other SAP modules such as SD, FI, and MM.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into functional requirements for SAP solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
