Seeking an experienced Workday Recruiting Solution Architect to support a global client's initiative to define India-specific recruiting process deviations within an existing Workday Recruiting solution.
The consultant will lead requirements and design discussions, identify India-specific legal, regulatory and cultural considerations, and provide expert guidance on solution direction. This is an architecture/advisory role, not a configuration-focused role.
Must-Have Skills
- 10+ years of overall experience
- 5+ years of relevant Workday Recruiting experience
- Workday Recruiting Certification – Mandatory
- Robust hands-on knowledge of Workday Recruiting
- Strong understanding of Indian labor laws, hiring practices and recruiting norms
- Experience leading requirements and solution design sessions
- Ability to identify country-specific process deviations and recommend appropriate solutions
- Strong solution architecture and advisory experience
- Ability to work with global stakeholders and guide solution direction
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements and design workshops for India-specific recruiting processes.
- Analyze legal, regulatory and cultural requirements impacting recruitment.
- Identify gaps between global recruiting processes and India-specific requirements.
- Recommend appropriate Workday Recruiting solution approaches.
- Provide architectural guidance to project teams and stakeholders.
- Facilitate discussions with HR, business and technical teams.
- Document requirements, process deviations and solution recommendations.
- Ensure alignment between India requirements and the global Workday Recruiting framework.

- Strong understanding of country-specific Workday localization requirements
