Role Highlights:

- Own the L2 Finance Systems incident, defect and release management model




- Act as the senior escalation point for critical finance system issues
- Govern incident resolution, RCA, prioritization and release validation
- Lead cross-functional teams across Finance, FAST, AMS, IT and external partners
- Drive operational stability, close readiness, controls and continuous improvement
- Support KT, TSA exit, transformation initiatives and process standardization

Education: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
