Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Network Engineer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting the organizations network infrastructure to ensure high performance, reliability, and security. You will collaborate with various departments to meet the networking needs of the company and troubleshoot any network issues that arise.

Key Responsibilities:

- Network Design & Implementation: Design and deploy new network solutions and optimize existing ones to meet the organizations needs. Ensure that network infrastructure is aligned with business goals and technical requirements.
- Network Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Monitor and maintain network performance to ensure high availability. Proactively identify and resolve any network issues or outages.
- Security Management: Implement network security measures including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems (IDS). Ensure that network devices and systems are compliant with company security policies and industry standards.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, diagrams, and operational procedures.
- Performance Monitoring: Use network monitoring tools to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement in both hardware and software.
- Collaboration: Work closely with system administrators, IT support teams, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and productive operation of the network.
- Support & Troubleshooting: Provide on-site and remote support for network-related issues.



Assist in resolving user connectivity issues and ensuring the network meets organizational requirements.
- Upgrade & Improvement: Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends. Propose upgrades or enhancements to improve network performance, scalability, and security.

Experience - 3+ years-7years

Its a weekday drive for next week ( 20-Jan-2025 to 23-Jan-2025 ) -L1:Virtual & L2-F2F

Skill Set : SDWAN, Wireless and Pal Alto is mandate , if AWS is added.
