KRA 1 – Production Target Achievement – 20%
Achieve minimum 95% of monthly planned production quantity on assigned VMC machines as per approved production plan and process requirements.

KRA 2 – Quality & Dimensional Accuracy – 15%
Maintain minimum 98.5% accepted production as per component drawing, specified tolerances, GD&T; requirements and approved quality standards.

KRA 3 – Rejection & Rework Control – 15%
Maintain rejection ≤1.5% and rework ≤2% of total monthly production. Immediately report repetitive defects, dimensional variation or process abnormalities.

KRA 4 – Cycle Time & Productivity – 10%
Maintain minimum 95% adherence to approved standard cycle time while ensuring required component quality and protected machining practices.

KRA 5 – VMC Machine Utilization – 10%
Maintain minimum 85% productive machine utilization, excluding approved breakdown, planned maintenance and authorized non-production time.

KRA 6 – Tool Setting, Offset & Tool Life Control – 10%
Ensure correct tool selection, tool loading, tool offset, work offset and wear compensation.



Maintain tool/insert consumption within approved standards and promptly report abnormal tool wear or breakage.

KRA 7 – In-Process Inspection – 10%
Carry out required in-process inspection using applicable measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, Height Gauge and other specified gauges. Ensure components remain within drawing tolerance throughout production.

KRA 8 – Job Setting & First-Piece Compliance – 5%
Support/perform job loading, fixture verification, datum/work-offset confirmation and first-piece inspection as per authorized process. Start batch production only after applicable first-piece approval.

KRA 9 – Safety, 5S & Machine Care – 3%
Maintain 100% compliance with applicable PPE, machine safety and operating requirements, along with proper machine/work-area cleanliness, coolant/chip monitoring and basic machine care.

KRA 10 – Production & Quality Documentation – 2%
Maintain minimum 98% accuracy and completeness of production quantity, rejection, rework, inspection, downtime and other required VMC operation records.
