About the Opportunity
A fast-scaling technology consultancy in the Enterprise SaaS & Cloud-native Solutions space, we architect scalable, secure, and high-performance Python-backed systems for global clients across fintech, healthtech, and logistics. Our architects define tech strategy, own critical system design, and lead cross-functional engineering squads to deliver modular, cloud-agnostic solutions that scale from MVP to enterprise-grade deployments. Role & Responsibilities

- Lead solution architecture for greenfield and brownfield Python-based systems, ensuring scalability, observability, and security compliance.
- Design and enforce architectural patterns (Microservices, Event-Driven, Serverless) using up-to-date Python frameworks (FastAPI, Django, Flask).
- Collaborate with DevOps/Cloud teams to implement CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation), and container orchestration (K8s, ECS).
- Define and audit technical debt reduction strategies, performance benchmarks,



and system resilience playbooks for distributed Python services.
- Mentor mid-level engineers and lead code reviews, ensuring adherence to clean code, SOLID, and DRY principles.
- Partner with product and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps and architecture decision records (ADRs).
