Experience of 5 to 10 years in network domain with hands-on experience in troubleshooting complex environments of routing, switching, VPN, load balancer, proxy, firewall, etc, on-prem Network WAN and LAN

Configuration, implementation, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of network security devices as and when required including L2 and L3 devices, routers, firewalls, modems, NAC, IPS, SSL VPN, NSM, wireless devices, proxy devices, etc,.

Strong working knowledge of TCP/IP protocol stack and applications working on it like WWW, HTTP, DNS, SMTP, FTP, etc

Positive knowledge and understanding of perimeter security products like Firewalls and IPS Fortinet/ checkpoint

Responsible for preparing network and network security architecture changes, and upgrades via preparing plan of actions and implementations

Responsible for incident, change, problem, and configuration management

Owning the incidents and problems till resolution, end-to-end coordination with product/services OEM TAC to ensure issues are resolved permanently with proper RCA

Restore failed service as soon as possible with minimum impact to the business





Backup of device configuration & log backup on a periodic basis as per client's policy

Provide project plan & other documents required to execute the planned activity

Management of firewall rules, Yearly firewall rule review's implementation as per Infosec analysis.

End to End Management for Firewall and Firewall analyzer

Daily firewall rules implementation using change management

Operational support for cloud proxy service and WAF, DDOS

Prepare a project plan for each implementation request of planned activities

As per the BCP schedule perform auto failover activities across all locations

Periodic closure of VAPT review's results

Follow and ensure CRISIL hardening policies are implemented properly on all devices

Guide and help L1 to handle tickets and escalations

In case of any internal devices Refresh, office shifting, reconfiguration of devices as per architecture changes decided by CRISIL IT Team.
