Role Overview

We are looking for a strong Golang Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in Go programming to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications and cloud-native microservices.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Golang, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, REST APIs, Microservices, and AWS, along with exposure to containerized application deployment using Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and ROSA.

The role involves working closely with DevOps, QA, Architecture, Product, and other cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, resilient, and high-performing applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Golang and Angular.
- Develop responsive, reusable, and user-friendly web applications using Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, RxJS, and Angular Material.
- Design, develop, and expose RESTful APIs and microservices using Golang, following enterprise coding and API development best practices.
- Develop and deploy cloud-native microservices on AWS and ROSA environments.
- Containerize applications using Docker and deploy/manage workloads on OpenShift/Kubernetes environments.
- Integrate applications with AWS services and ensure efficient utilization of cloud resources.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, deployment, and release management.




- Contribute to application modernization and migration from legacy/on-premises platforms to AWS and ROSA.
- Implement best practices around application security, scalability, resiliency, high availability, and performance.
- Troubleshoot application, deployment, infrastructure, and production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests and ensure appropriate code quality and coverage.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, design reviews, and deployment planning.
- Collaborate with DevOps, QA, Architecture, Product, and other cross-functional teams.
- Prepare technical documentation and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement and automation initiatives.

Must-Have Skills

Core Development

- Golang / Go Programming – 3+ years of hands-on experience
- Strong experience in enterprise application development
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
- Strong experience in RESTful Web Services / REST APIs
- Good understanding of Microservices Architecture

- Strong experience in Angular (Angular 12+)

Candidate Requirements

- Experience: 4–8 years overall, with 3+ years of robust Golang development experience
- Location: Candidates must be based in / available for Chennai – GDC
- Notice Period: Immediate joiners or candidates currently serving notice period preferred
- Candidates should demonstrate stable employment history, preferably with at least 2 years in an organization.
- Candidates should be comfortable participating in multiple technical interview rounds via video.
- Strong communication skills are mandatory.

Compensation

Budget: Up to ₹25 LPA

The final compensation will depend on the candidate's current compensation, relevant experience, skills, and overall market alignment.
