Job Summary:

Safety Projects Pvt Ltd is looking for a skilled and cutting-edge Technical Design Engineer responsible for design development, engineering calculations, manufacturing drawings, technical coordination, and optimization of industrial special-purpose engineering systems. The role involves close coordination with production and project execution teams to ensure efficient and manufacturable designs.

Job Responsibilities:

Design Engineering

· Design and Develop :

○ Structural support systems

○ Special components

○ Application-based engineering systems

· Prepare detailed engineering and fabrication drawings.

· Develop optimized and manufacturable design solutions.

· Ensure compliance with technical specifications and project requirements.

Technical Activities.

· Perform engineering and load calculations.

· Prepare manufacturing drawings, assembly drawings, and fabrication details.

· Develop Bills of Materials (BOMs) and technical documentation.

· Prepare technical specifications and design reports.

· Coordinate prototype development and testing activities.





Production Coordination

· Support the production team in resolving fabrication and manufacturing issues.

· Modify and optimize drawings based on manufacturing feasibility and site requirements.

· Coordinate with shop floor teams to ensure smooth execution of designs.

Site Coordination

· Review site measurements and installation requirements.

· Coordinate with project execution and installation teams.

· Provide technical support during installation and commissioning activities when required.

Required other Qualifications & Skills :

· AutoCAD

· SolidWorks

· Inventor

· Tekla (Preferred)

· Structural design and analysis

· Fabrication and sheet metal design

· Load calculations and engineering analysis

· BOM preparation and technical documentation

· Manufacturing drawing development

· Problem-solving and analytical skills

· Coordination and communication abilities

· Drawing accuracy

· Design Completion timelines

· Design Optimisation and material efficiency

· Reduction in manufacturing and fabrication errors
