About HiWox

HiWox is building a next-generation personalised healthcare and wellness intelligence ecosystem covering 9 wellness domains — physical, emotional, intellectual, social, spiritual, occupational, environmental, financial, and sexual & reproductive wellness.

We are building beyond a conventional healthcare platform, combining wellness assessments, personalised recommendations, consultant-led programs, telehealth, B2B wellness solutions, eCommerce and technology-enabled wellness management.

We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer to take ownership of building and scaling the technology infrastructure and digital products of HiWox.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain HiWox's web and mobile applications across user, consultant and business-facing platforms.

- Build scalable frontend interfaces and backend services for wellness assessments, user profiles, consultations, recommendations, programs and other core features.

- Develop secure and scalable APIs, databases, authentication systems and backend architecture.

- Integrate healthcare, wellness, payment, communication, analytics and other third-party APIs and services where required.

- Build features for collecting, storing and displaying data across HiWox's 9 wellness domains.

- Develop dashboards and interfaces for users, consultants, administrators and B2B clients.

- Implement personalised recommendation and wellness-intelligence features in collaboration with data scientists,



healthcare scientists and domain experts.

- Build systems for user onboarding, assessments, consultation management, subscriptions, notifications, reports and engagement.

- Ensure application security, data privacy, performance, reliability and scalability.

- Design and maintain clean, modular and maintainable codebases with appropriate documentation and testing.

- Work closely with product designers and domain experts to convert product requirements into functional digital experiences.

- Monitor, troubleshoot and continuously improve application performance, bugs and technical issues.

- Manage deployment, hosting, databases, version control and development environments.

- Contribute to technical architecture and technology decisions as HiWox's product ecosystem evolves.

- Help build a scalable technology foundation that can support HiWox's expansion across B2C, hospitals, gyms, corporates and other healthcare and wellness partners.

Ideal Candidate

- Strong experience in full-stack web and/or mobile application development.

- Strong knowledge of frontend and backend development.

- Experience with technologies such as React/React Native, Node.js, Python, or equivalent modern frameworks.

- Strong understanding of databases, APIs, authentication, cloud infrastructure and software architecture.





- Experience integrating third-party APIs and building production-ready applications.

- Understanding of mobile-first and responsive product development.

- Knowledge of application security and data privacy is highly preferred.

- Experience with healthcare, HealthTech, wellness or data-driven products is an advantage.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership in an early-stage startup.

- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to build from the ground up.

Compensation

This is an equity-only founding team opportunity with no fixed salary at the current stage.

Equity will be structured based on expertise, contribution, responsibility and long-term commitment, subject to a formal agreement.
