JOB DESCRIPTION – DATA ENTRY OPERATOR

Location: Jaipur / Bagru, Rajasthan

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000/- NTH

Gender: Male & Female Both Can Apply

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Job Role

We are looking for a Data Entry Operator with hands-on experience in MIS and Operations for a Warehouse & Logistics company. The candidate should have robust knowledge of MS Excel and be capable of handling operational data and preparing MIS reports accurately.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain daily warehouse and logistics operational data.

- Perform accurate data entry and update records in Excel.

- Prepare and maintain Daily, Weekly and Monthly MIS Reports.

- Coordinate with the Operations team for data collection and reporting.

- Verify data for accuracy and maintain proper records.

- Prepare Excel reports as required by the management and operations team.





- Handle day-to-day data management related to warehouse operations.

Required Skills

Candidates must have practical knowledge of MS Excel, including:

- VLOOKUP

- HLOOKUP

- Pivot Tables

- Macros

- MIS Reporting

- Excel-based data management and reporting

Candidate Requirements

- Candidates with prior experience in MIS and Operations Data Entry will be preferred.

- Must have good practical knowledge of Excel.

- Good attention to detail and accuracy.

- Male & Female candidates can apply.

- Candidates should be comfortable working in a warehouse/logistics environment.
