Job Description:

- Design, implement, and maintain highly available and scalable infrastructure.

- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated application build, testing, and deployment.

- Manage cloud infrastructure using AWS / Azure / GCP.

- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.

- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

- Implement SRE practices around availability, reliability, scalability, performance, and capacity.

- Define and monitor SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs for critical applications and services.

- Develop automation to eliminate repetitive operational tasks and reduce manual intervention.

- Implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability.

- Work with tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry, CloudWatch, Datadog, or equivalent.

- Participate in production incident management, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis,



and resolution.

- Conduct RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for major incidents and implement preventive actions.

- Improve system performance, availability, scalability, and resilience.

- Support capacity planning, disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity activities.

- Implement automated health checks, self-healing mechanisms, and proactive monitoring.

- Work with development teams to improve application reliability and production readiness.

- Implement DevSecOps practices including vulnerability scanning, secrets management, access controls, and security automation.

- Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, architecture diagrams, and troubleshooting guides.

- Participate in on-call / production support activities as required.
