What you'll be doing:

- Build and improve tools,



making them extensible and maintainable as we onboard recent sports and data formats

- Own frontend architecture and UI decisions, including component design, reusability, and scalability

- Work across the stack, owning backend services and APIs

- Collaborate with product, content operations, and backend teams to define requirements and drive delivery

- Drive technical direction and decisions for the team

- Lead system design reviews, code reviews, and architectural discussions

- Lead modernization and improvement of existing tooling

- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration

- Own system reliability, including production incidents, post-mortems, and root-cause analysis
