Job Description

- Build high-quality, clean, scalable and reusable code by enforcing best practices around software engineering architecture and processes (Code Reviews, Unit testing, etc.)
- Implement software that is simple to use to allow customers to extend and customise the functionality to meet their specific needs
- Contribute to the design and implementation of new products and features while also enhancing the existing product suite
- Integrate with third-party SaaS platforms and identity providers (OAuth 2.0, SAML, SCIM), handling authentication, rate limits, pagination, and error recovery
- Contribute to AI-powered capabilities in the product
- Write automated tests (unit, integration) and treat test coverage as part of the definition of done
- Debug and resolve product defects, including customer-reported issues, with transparent root-cause analysis
- Partner with product managers, UX, and documentation to clarify requirements and surface risks early
- Be a mentor for colleagues and help promote knowledge-sharing
