ITI / Diploma ELECTRICIAN (BIOCHAR PRODUCTION PLANT) Job Title: ITI / Diploma Electrician Department: Production & Maintenance Reports To: Shift In Charge / Plant Manager Location: Hinganghat, Maharashtra Key Responsibilities – Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of motors, control panels, MCCs, VFDs, transformers, pumps, blowers, conveyors, and other plant equipment. Troubleshoot electrical faults and restore equipment operation with minimum downtime. Inspect and maintain electrical wiring, lighting systems, power distribution panels, and control circuits. Record daily electricity meter readings and maintain accurate logs. Monitor daily power consumption and prepare consumption reports. Identify abnormal energy usage and report deviations to management. Ensure continuous electrical support for smooth plant operations. Attend emergency breakdowns and minimize production losses. Support plant startup, shutdown,
and routine operational activities. Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for effective equipment performance. Use PPE and follow Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) procedures during maintenance work. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Electrical equipment uptime and reliability. Accuracy of daily meter readings and power consumption records. Timely completion of preventive maintenance schedules. Breakdown response and resolution time. Compliance with safety procedures and plant standards. Qualifications & Experience ITI / Diploma in Electrician 1–3 years of experience in Production Plants or Process Industries. Knowledge of industrial electrical systems, motors, MCCs, VFDs, transformers, and control circuits.
