About the role: The Senior Software Engineer I designs, builds, and delivers high-quality software that supports key business and customer outcomes. In this role, you'll work as an independent contributor within a product-focused team, translating business needs into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions. You'll play a key part in ensuring engineering quality, system reliability, and continuous improvement, while collaborating closely with product and engineering peers.Requirements:Typically 5+ years of professional software engineering experienceStrong experience building and delivering complex, globally available distributed multi-tenant systemsExpertise in .NET/C# and at least one or more other modern backend stack (Java, python or Node.js), capable front-end skills (JavaScript, React.Js, Flutter, etc) plus solid SQL/data skillsStrong knowledge of testing practices (unit/integration), quality and operational excellence and CI/CD pipelinesExperience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and modern DevSecOps practicesStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle ambiguous requirements and make well-balanced technical trade-offsConfident communicator who can work effectively across cross-functional and global agile product delivery teamsExposure to AI Prompting and Agentic workflowsResponsibilitiesDesign and build scalable, secure,
