WE ARE HIRING | AREA SALES MANAGER – DELHI NCR

Apexnova Logistics India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Manager – Delhi NCR to drive business growth across Domestic & International Logistics.

Location: Noida, Sector 69, Delhi NCR

Experience: 4–6 Years

Qualification: Graduate (Any Discipline)

CTC: ₹4.8–₹6.0 LPA + Performance Incentives + Annual Performance Bonus

Reporting To: Director

Employment: Full-Time

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate new B2B / Corporate Business across Domestic & International Logistics.
- Develop customers for FTL/PTL, Air Freight, Sea Freight, FCL/LCL and Import & Export Logistics.
- Identify and acquire new corporate accounts across Delhi NCR.
- Build solid relationships with Manufacturers, Exporters, Importers, Warehouses, FMCG, Automobile, Engineering, Pharma, Electronics, Textile, Chemical and other industrial sectors.
- Conduct customer meetings, understand logistics requirements and prepare commercial proposals.
- Negotiate freight rates and close profitable business opportunities.




- Develop business through field visits, references, networking, LinkedIn, exhibitions and other channels.
- Build a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
- Maintain long-term customer relationships and generate repeat business.
- Coordinate with Operations, Pricing, Customer Service, Documentation and Logistics Partners for smooth execution.
- Develop relationships with Transporters, Fleet Owners, CHA, Overseas Agents and Logistics Partners.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

4–6 years of relevant experience in Logistics / Freight Forwarding Sales.

Strong Corporate Customer Network in Delhi NCR.

Proven track record of new business generation & target achievement.

Robust knowledge of FTL/PTL and/or International Freight Forwarding.

Good commercial understanding of freight pricing & negotiation.

Strong communication, presentation and relationship-management skills.
