Role Description This is a full-time remote Cold Caller role focused on introducing India LawShield’s services to potential customers and generating qualified leads. The Cold Caller will make outbound calls to individuals and businesses,



clearly explain the platform’s legal assistance offerings, and accurately capture customer information and requirements. Day-to-day tasks include handling call lists, following scripts while personalizing conversations, addressing basic queries, and scheduling follow-ups or consultations with the internal team. The role also involves maintaining detailed records in CRM tools, meeting daily and weekly call and conversion targets, and collaborating with sales and customer support teams to improve outreach strategies.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including transparent spoken English and Hindi (additional regional languages are an advantage).
Ability to handle outbound calling, lead generation, and basic sales conversations with professionalism and persistence.
Comfort with using telecalling tools, CRM or lead management software, and basic computer applications.
