Job Overview:

We're seeking an energetic and driven Sales and Marketing Associate to build our customer base and drive growth across multiple segments. You'll be the bridge between our services and high-potential customers - from individual fitness enthusiasts to corporate wellness programs and medical institutions.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation and Customer Research




Research and compile comprehensive lists of potential customers across segments: individual clients, doctors, medical institutions, wellness centers, corporates, housing societies etc.
Use market research, referrals, and online tools to identify decision-makers and contact information
Maintain and update customer database with prospect information, interactions, and follow-up status

2. Field Marketing and Business Development
Conduct in-person visits to potential customers (doctors' clinics, hospitals, corporate offices, housing society offices etc.)
Present services to decision-makers and build relationships
Negotiate and support in customer acquisition

3. Direct Collaboration with the founders
Work closely with the founding team on go-to-market initiatives and marketing campaigns
Provide real-time market feedback and customer insights to inform strategy
Participate in planning and execution of campaigns, events, and partnerships
