We are seeking an experienced Lead Developer - Salesforce to join our technology team and drive the design, development, integration, deployment, and continuous improvement of Salesforce solutions. This role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader who enjoys building scalable Salesforce applications, mentoring developers, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and delivering high-quality solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ

Key Responsibilities
Lead Salesforce development activities across configuration, customization, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, automation, integrations, and platform enhancements.
Design and deliver scalable, secure, maintainable, and high-performing Salesforce solutions that improve user experience and enable end-to-end business processes.
Translate business requirements into technical designs, reusable components, integration patterns, and implementation approaches aligned with platform standards.
Provide technical leadership to developers through mentoring, code reviews, design guidance,



troubleshooting support, and enforcement of Salesforce development best practices.
Work closely with architects, business analysts, QA teams, product owners, and stakeholders to estimate work, manage dependencies, support testing, and deliver high-quality Salesforce releases.
Contribute to release planning, deployment validation, documentation, technical governance, and continuous improvement of Salesforce delivery processes.

Required skills and Experience
6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including at least 2 years in a Lead Developer, Tech Lead, or similar technical leadership role.
Robust experience with Agile delivery, Scrum practices, DevOps processes, CI/CD, release governance, and tools such as JIRA.
Experience with leveraging AI-powered development tools to accelerate the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, code generation, testing, do
