Role Description The AI Program Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing AI initiatives from concept to deployment, ensuring that projects meet defined business objectives, timelines, and quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder communication, defining program scope and milestones, tracking progress,



and resolving risks or dependencies. The AI Program Manager will collaborate with data science, engineering, product, and operations teams to align technical solutions with enterprise use cases and performance metrics. The role also involves documenting program plans, maintaining governance processes, and continuously improving implementation frameworks for AI agents and related workflows.

Qualifications
Program and project management skills, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
Experience working with AI, data, or software engineering teams, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
