Technical Requirements

5-10 years’ experience in SAP BASIS
Experience managing multiple projects comprising short and long development cycles without supervision.
Experience writing technical design docs and driving them through development.
Excellent written and oral communication skills ensuring zero ambiguity and clear direction in a manner suiting the audience.
Demonstrated solid technical leadership including direct and dotted-line supervisory responsibility.
Ability to communicate to all levels of stakeholders (internal and external), strong problem-solving skills, adaptable, proactive, and willing to take ownership.
Well experienced in different versions of SAP systems – ECC 5.0, ECC 6.0,SAP S/4 on HANA, SAP BTP
Experienced in SAP BW, CRM, Portal , Solution Manager
Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Very good understanding of business requirements, strategy, and the business environment




Has defined authority and accountability for actions and decisions within a significant area of work, including technical, financial, and quality aspects.
Is fully responsible for meeting allocated technical and/or project/supervisory objectives.

Education And Experience

10+ years in IT/ SAP Basis
Certification in HANA Administration
SAP BASIS Administration Certification
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven track record of designing solutions for products similar or within the domain.
Very good understanding of business requirements, strategy, and the business environment
Profound work experience in managing technical product teams.
Has defined authority and accountability for actions and decisions within a significant area of work, including technical, financial, and quality aspects.
