Role Description The Territory Sales Manager (B2B Sales) role at NoBrokerHood is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The role involves identifying, prospecting,



and closing B2B sales opportunities with gated communities, developers, and other relevant partners in the assigned territory. The Territory Sales Manager will conduct meetings and product demonstrations, negotiate contracts, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle to achieve revenue and growth targets. This position includes building and nurturing long-term client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and coordinating with internal teams for smooth onboarding and implementation. The role also requires tracking market trends, providing regular sales forecasts and reports, and supporting training or guidance for client stakeholders to maximize platform usage.
