About the role
In this role, you will own end‑to‑end Production Planning & Control (PPC) activities and be a key user of our Microsoft D365 ERP system. You will work at the heart of operations, coordinating between Production, Purchase, Stores, Sales, Quality, Maintenance, Finance and IT/ERP to ensure on‑time delivery and smooth shop‑floor execution.

You will be responsible for:
Preparing and controlling daily, weekly and priority‑based production plans based on customer orders, forecasts, capacity and material readiness
Managing end‑to‑end PPC activities, including plan release, shop‑floor follow‑up, WIP monitoring and plan‑versus‑actual analysis
Tracking production progress, identifying delays, bottlenecks and shortages,



and driving corrective actions with relevant stakeholders
Following up on material availability and inventory readiness to avoid production stoppages
Creating, updating and closing production orders in Microsoft D365 ERP, ensuring accurate transactions (confirmations, consumption, output etc.)
Acting as a key user for D365 for production and planning processes, supporting issue resolution, data accuracy and system improvements
Maintaining and validating ERP master data (item masters, BOMs, routings, work centers, planning parameters etc.)
Preparing PPC MIS and operational reports: plan vs actual, WIP, capacity utilization, delay analysis, delivery adherence and ERP data accuracy

What we are looking for
Experience: 3–5 years in Production Planning & Control / operations planning / shop‑floor coordination in a manufacturing setup, preferably mechanical product‑based
Education: Graduate or postgraduate degree in M
