About the Role
Carpediem Healthcare is looking for an experienced E-commerce & Performance Marketing Manager to lead and grow our online business across India and international markets.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience working with a nutraceutical, healthcare, wellness, or supplement brand, with strong knowledge of e-commerce operations, marketplace management, Shopify, performance marketing, and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the complete e-commerce growth strategy for domestic and international markets.
Manage the company’s D2C website, including Shopify operations, product listings, pricing, offers, inventory coordination, checkout performance, and conversion-rate optimization.
Manage online marketplaces such as Amazon India, Amazon Global, Flipkart, and other relevant domestic and international platforms.
Plan, launch, manage,



and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Monitor ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rate, AOV, repeat purchases, and overall campaign profitability.
Create campaign strategies for product launches, retargeting, customer acquisition, and remarketing.
Coordinate with creative, content, product, logistics, and customer-support teams.
Plan promotional calendars, offers, bundles, subscriptions, and marketplace campaigns.
Conduct competitor research, market analysis, pricing comparison, and customer-behaviour analysis.
Manage product feeds, Merchant Center, pixels, conversion APIs, analytics, and campaign tracking.
Identify opportunities for international expansion and manage cross-border e-commerce operations.
Ensure that product content and advertisements comply with applicable nutraceutical, marketplace, and advertising guidelines.
