Role Description The Deputy Sales Manager (Pro-Active) is a full-time, in office role based at Aldovia Resort & Convention in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities across MICE, corporate, wedding, and leisure segments, with a focus on driving room nights, events, and revenue. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and meeting potential clients, conducting site visits,



preparing proposals and contracts, and following up to close sales. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, collaborating with the events and operations teams to ensure successful delivery, and monitoring market trends and competitor activity. The Deputy Sales Manager will also contribute to sales reporting, forecasting, and participation in trade shows, sales calls, and networking events as needed.
Qualifications
Strong proactive sales, account management, and business development skills within hospitality or events.
Experience in client relationship management, negotiations, and converting leads into confirmed bookings.
Ability to conduct effective sales presentations, site inspections, and professional proposal writing.
Comfort with sales reporting, revenue targets, and use of CRM or hotel sales systems.
