Role Overview
The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving business development activities from lead generation to client engagement and project conversion. The role involves interacting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, presenting Zenith Tek's capabilities, preparing proposals, following up on opportunities, and developing long-term business relationships.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a technology-oriented workplace and be able to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through direct outreach, networking, referrals, industry events, and other channels.
Research potential customers, organizations, institutions, and industries where Zenith Tek's products and technology solutions can be applied.
Generate and qualify leads and maintain a structured sales pipeline.
Contact prospective clients through calls, emails, meetings, and professional networking platforms.




Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team to determine suitable solutions.
Present Zenith Tek's products, capabilities, project portfolio, and customized solutions to prospective customers.
Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and other business documents in coordination with the technical and management teams.
Follow up with prospects and customers throughout the sales cycle and maintain accurate records of discussions and opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Identify opportunities for customized projects, technology deployments, institutional collaborations, and long-term partnerships.
Represent Zenith Tek at relevant exhibitions, conferences, industry events, client meetings, and institutional engagements.
Conduct market research to identify emerging customer needs, competitors, industry trends, and potential business opportunities.
