Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in SAP Security and SAP GRC (Access Control).
Strong hands-on SAP GRC configuration experience, including MSMP.
Proven ability to troubleshoot end-to-end issues (workflow, provisioning behaviors, configuration impacts).
Experience working with cross-functional teams ( Audit, Basis, other SAP Functional teams).
Experience with GRC integration points (SAP backend connectivity, provisioning concepts, connectors).
Exposure to access governance controls such as SOD concepts, role lifecycle, UAR/recertification, emergency access.
Agile delivery experience (user stories, backlog management, sprint planning).
Solid documentation and communication skills; able to explain complex workflow logic clearly.
Cross team Collaboration- This role involves frequent interactions with teams across multiple time zones and locations
