Jewellery Sales Manager – Retail

Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise the showroom sales team.
Welcome and assist customers in a skilled and friendly manner.
Understand customer requirements and ensure suitable jewellery recommendations.
Explain product features, designs, quality, making charges, pricing, and offers.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Monitor daily sales and team performance.
Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and follow-ups.
Maintain good knowledge of gold, diamond, and other jewellery products.
Ensure proper display and presentation of jewellery in the showroom.
Ensure safe handling of jewellery and follow all security and store procedures.
Monitor billing, stock checking, and showroom activities.
Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
Train, guide, and motivate the sales team.
Maintain high standards of customer service and showroom discipline.
Coordinate with management and team members to ensure smooth store operations.
