About The Role-

We are looking for a highly proactive, execution-oriented, and technology-driven marketing professional who can manage day-to-day marketing execution across social media, WhatsApp, email, events, campaigns, and reporting.

This role is ideal for someone who understands that marketing is not just about creating content- it is about ensuring that the right message reaches the right audience at the right time, across the right channels. You will work closely with the CMO, marketing team, operations team, designers, video editors, and clients to ensure campaigns and events are executed smoothly from planning to reporting.

The ideal candidate should also have a robust understanding of marketing automation, CRM systems, AI tools, workflow integrations, spreadsheets, and data analysis. They should be capable of connecting different platforms, automating repetitive marketing and operational processes, and building practical AI-powered systems that improve efficiency, visibility, and execution.

A strong understanding of WhatsApp Business API (WABA), WhatsApp broadcasts,



social media platforms, Meta Business Suite, email marketing, basic performance marketing, marketing automation, Zapier, Pabbly, n8n or similar automation platforms, AI systems such as ChatGPT, Claude, and n8n AI capabilities, CRM workflows, and data-driven marketing operations will be highly valued.

Roles And Responsibilities-

Marketing Execution & Coordination

Take ownership of campaigns and events from planning and execution to tracking and reporting. Track tasks and campaign progress using Notion, Click-Up, Trello, or similar tools.
Proactively identify execution gaps and resolve issues before they impact campaigns or events.
Handle high-pressure event days where multiple campaigns, platforms, messages, and stakeholders need to be managed simultaneously.

Social Media & Content Management

Manage daily posting across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Channel.
