Role Description This is a full-time, in office Technical Pre-Sales role based in Jabalpur.



The Technical Pre-Sales professional will work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements, design suitable electronic video surveillance solutions, and support solution presentations and demonstrations. Daily responsibilities include preparing technical proposals and bills of materials, conducting site surveys, coordinating with internal teams for solution design and integration, and assisting customers with technical queries. The role involves providing technical support during proof-of-concept deployments, ensuring that solutions align with customer expectations and industry standards. The position also requires maintaining accurate documentation, supporting project handover to implementation teams, and contributing to training and knowledge-sharing activities for partners and customers.
