About the job:
We are looking for a smart, energetic and customer-oriented fresher to join our Customer Success team. The role will involve representing BonV at customer sites for UAV demonstrations, installations, post-sale support and on-site service requirements. The candidate will be the face of BonV in front of customers and should therefore have excellent communication, professional behaviour, a positive attitude and strong ownership.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct UAV demonstrations and support customer trials at various locations.
2. Visit customer sites for post-sale queries, AMC/service requirements, and technical support.
3. Assist with UAV installation, deployment, configuration, and basic troubleshooting.
4. Understand customer issues, provide first-level support, and coordinate with internal technical teams for resolution.
5. Ensure timely follow-up and closure of customer concerns.
6. Maintain service reports, deployment records, and other required documentation.
7. Represent BonV professionally and maintain solid customer relationships.
8.



Travel extensively across India, including remote and challenging locations, as required.
