Role Description This is a full-time, in office Design Manager role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Design Manager will oversee the planning, development, and review of engineering and architectural designs for infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with technical standards, regulations, and client requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with internal engineering teams, external consultants,



and project managers to integrate design inputs, resolve technical issues, and manage design changes. The role involves supervising the preparation of drawings, models, and specifications, conducting design reviews, and ensuring that designs are optimized for constructability, cost-effectiveness, and safety. The Design Manager will also support project scheduling, participate in stakeholder meetings, and contribute to continuous improvement of design processes and best practices.
Qualifications
Strong background in civil, structural, or related engineering disciplines, with the ability to lead and review complex designs.
