Role Description The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day showroom and project operations, ensuring smooth coordination between design, production, installation, and customer service. This full-time role involves managing project timelines, tracking orders, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and supervising site execution for modular kitchens, wardrobes, and furniture installations. The Operations Manager will monitor inventory and material flows, maintain quality and safety standards, and resolve operational issues to keep projects on schedule and within budget. The role also includes supporting client communication on project status, aligning internal resources, and optimizing processes for efficiency and cost control.



This is an in office role based in Ahmedabad, requiring regular presence at the showroom and project locations.

Qualifications
Experience in operations management, preferably in interior design, furniture, construction, or related project-based environments.
Strong skills in project planning, scheduling, and coordination, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work effectively with vendors, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring timely procurement and execution.
Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, project tracking tools) and comfort with learning industry-specific systems.
Attention to detail, commitment to quality, and familiarity with modular furniture or branded hardware (e.g., HETTICH, HAFELE, BLUM, GRASS) is an advantage.
