Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer - Loyalty Management to design, develop, and support scalable Salesforce Loyalty Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Salesforce platform development, Loyalty Management (Loyalty Cloud), integrations, and backend application development. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, architects,



and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative loyalty program capabilities and seamless customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Loyalty Management solutions to support customer loyalty programs and business objectives.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Develop and maintain backend logic, APIs, integrations, and services supporting Loyalty Management functionality.
Configure and customize Salesforce objects, Flows, and Loyalty Management components.
Leverage Salesforce Core Platform and Loyalty Management capabilities to build, enhance, and optimize loyalty programs.
Design and implement integrations between Salesforce Loyalty Management and external enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and integration platforms.
Develop high-quality Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and custom sol
