About the Opportunity:
This is a Product Design role focused on UI motion, micro-interactions, product illustrations, and digital experiences.

The Role:
As a Product Interaction and Motion Designer within the Product Design team, you will work closely with Product Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers to bring product experiences to life through motion, illustration, animation, and visual storytelling.

You will play a key role in making digital products more expressive and intuitive — from micro-interactions and onboarding experiences to illustrations, empty states, feature education, and complex product flows.

We’re looking for someone who understands that motion and illustration are not just decorative elements, but powerful tools to communicate, guide, simplify, and enhance the user experience.

What you’ll work on:




Partner closely with Product Designers and Product Managers from the early stages of product discovery and ideation.
Create motion concepts, animations, and micro-interactions for consumer-facing products.
Bring UI designs to life through meaningful transitions, interactions, feedback states, and animations.
Create illustrations, icons, characters, and visual assets for product experiences.
Design illustrations and motion for onboarding, empty states, error states, success states, feature discovery, education, and engagement.
Develop visual solutions for complex product problems and make them easier for users to understand.
Create motion prototypes to help Product Designers communicate interaction ideas before development.
Collaborate with Engineers to ensure animations and interactions are implemented effectively and maintain design intent.
Build and maintain reusable motion and illustration components, patterns, and guidelines for the Product Design team.
