Job Description -
Expertise in Windows Server administration
Expertise on VSphere, VMware ESXi 6.0 and later
Good Communication and awareness of ITIL best practices
Manage and review VMware ESXi hosts and VMs in the workplace
Troubleshoot issues in the ESXI hosts and perform hardware troubleshooting if required
Engage Vendor and coordination across other teams during investigation of issues
Plan and Perform upgrade of firmware in VMware and hardware end like Cisco, HPE if required
Manage and review Windows servers in the environment
Perform frequent health checks on the server and troubleshoot any issues
Analyze System Logs (OS logs) and determine potential issues
Ability to predict any future failures to avoid potential outages
Basic knowledge on PowerCLI, PowerShell scripting to execute commands while troubleshooting issues
Expertise in working on automation and service improvements which will save manual efforts and lead to client benefits.
Minimum Qualification: 15 years of full-time education
